Well, no.
You are just supposed to carry your personal belongings. All the other things like sleeping bags, mattresses, ration, tents etc. are carried by mules / porters. If packed smartly, it should never weigh more than 10-12 kg.
If you are not willing to carry even that much baggage, we can arrange mules/porters to carry your rucksack. You still have to carry a small back pack though to carry water, dry food, poncho / water-wind proof jackets etc while hiking.
There is another style of hiking called alpine style where the trekkers carry everything from tents to stove. But that is recommended for experienced and very fit trekkers only.
