Ronty Saddle Cross Trek:
This trail connects famous Roopkund and much revered Ronty Saddle to Dhauli Ganga basin in the north east direction. To distinguish, we prefer to call it as Ronty Pass and is a completely new route for descending from Ronty Saddle. The usual Ronty Saddle ends at Sutol in the Nandakini basin, tracing back to Silasamudra then then to Lata Khopri and Sutol. Here we descent from the saddle to the other side, negotiating steep rock section and boulders and then finally to the temple of Bhabisya Badri, situated on the Joshimath to Malari road.

Otherwise if a trekker wants to reach Lohajung by public vehicle then there are two options:

This is a privately operated bus and may not operate during the high Chardham yatra season. The route is via Devprayag, Rudraprayag, Karanprayag, Tharali and Deval.
2)There is a regular Uttarakhand Parivahan state operated bus service from Delhi to Lohajung (named as Delhi Deval service) which starts from ISBT Anand Vihar ( In Delhi ) around 4 pm in the afternoon and reaches next day in the evening to Lohajung. The journey is a tedious and hectic as it takes around 24 hours. The route of this bus is from Delhi via Haldwani, Kathgodam, Alomora, Kaushani, Gwaldam, Tharali and Deval. Present days this bus runs till Tharali.
3) From Joshimath the bus for Rishikesh/Haridwar start early in the morning by 6 am and reach by 7/8 pm respectively.
